Yeah def buy your gear at Miguels and help the local economy. Plus, the pizza there will make you want to stay for a lot longer than your planned trip.
Overall you will find many enjoyable routes in the range you are looking for with the amount of quickdraws you have, the only exception I can think of in the grade ranges you are going to climb is Boltergeist in Muir, that thing felt like it never ended! But well worth it.

May sound basic, but I'm not sure what your skills are, so make sure you know what to do when you get to the anchors and are preparing to clean the route. It may require setting a rappell, so be certain you comfortable with that. Also, know that top-roping through the chains is frowned upon.
Probably goes without saying, but it wasn't listed on your basic gear list so I'll mention it. Make sure you have a belay device of some sort.
As for the anchor cleaning, if you haven't done it before, most of the walls at Muir have practice anchors about 6 feet up to practice cleaning. It's a lot easier to figure out those kind of mistakes when a fall on your ass means a sore ass instead of your head getting stuck inside of it.
