this thread is funny... please continue.
And on the third day, God created the Red River Gorge(by conjecture), and he saw that it was good.

The proportion of good climbs at curbside are consistent with the rest of the Red's sport crags with a few exceptions. I am with you Pigsteak. Wildfire is really quite good.

Sounds more like a lot of the sport climbers I see out there. A typical trad day for me is a 5 mile hike in, 12 pitches of climbing and then 5 miles out both ways up hill with a 40lb pack in the snow.

That was just throwing in a little embelishment at the end... maybe not both ways.

He's secretly training for Trad climbing but doesn't have the heart to tell you. I bet he sneaks off on your off days to enjoy Trad climbing.

Don't forget the carry-on...

NOTE I always love this thread, no matter how many times it circles around. And just for the record, again, it may be the same rating system but it's far from equal. Like looking down train tracks; they may appear to converge but the further down you travel the more you realize that no matter how close they seem, they just don't touch. (Hmmm, Frank 'always' says it better.)
Pick myself up, stop lookin' back.
