Sounds like it's closed all the way from 77 to Pine Ridge. Can you confirm this?
Hoping it might only be closed from 77 to the concrete bridge...

edit to answer my own question (from fs website):
May 3, 2010:

Part of KY 715 (part of RRG Scenic Byway) is closed due to flood damage. Repairs may take up to 1 week. Closure is in Menifee County between the Gladie Center and the Osborne Bend Trailhead (concrete bridge). You can reach Gladie from Nada Tunnel access point. You can not drive the whole RRG Scenic Byway loop.

Bald Rock from the Lode to just past the PMRP sign was primarily underwater about 6 inches.
