Here in Cincinnati, OH we have a climber that's making a difference. His name is Rick Payne.

At age 29 he's in his 4th remission from leukemia that he's been battling for 4 years...and in 5 minutes he caught the attention of our entire city. What's his point? His point is this http://www.marrow.org/. Who knew saving a life could be so simple.

the right person, right time, right place, and courage. respect and thanks to a guy who did a good thing, many good things go unnoticed, i'm glad his didn't.

recent turn of events has put our local hero back in the hospital to attempt another bone marrow transplant.

If you have a minute you could really brighten his day...his birthday was also on the 15th so any kind of get well/birthday card would be appreciated...even if you don't know him...

I just found out today that my stepbrother was diagnosed with leukemia, he's headed to UK today. He's only 36.
