Bunch of stage parents if you ask me.

My name is Sam Douglass and I love to pose for photo shoots holding on to a jug with only one hand (and no feet!) with my best friend Ian.

listen to the haters...A family spending quality time playing on rocks then adults bashing them because the kids play harder than the adults. How insignificant you haters truely are....Bichezz!

Yea, it's amazing the amount of controversy this has generated on the interwebs and the amount of people who are saying negative things about it. I just don't get it. Why can't people just be so happy for this little girl? She is so amazing. I saw her bouldering in Central Park a few years ago and had no clue she was going to be this prodigy.

I think it is because so many climbers base their entire identity on climbing and their ability to do so well. When an 8 year old hikes something you will never be able to touch, its more than the ego can handle.

These are the people that drop out of climbing within 5-10 years.
Can't we all just get along?

the wind really bothered me.
And on the third day, God created the Red River Gorge(by conjecture), and he saw that it was good.

8 year old girls have little weight to carry up the rock (remember this is a strength-to-weight ratio sport) and I've been told - haven't researched it yet - that young'ins have a higher lactic acid threshold than adults.
