We have two, but, might drop my coverage if the work phone I get can do google voice well enough. That way, I don't feel so bad about getting an ipad...

They work pretty well over all, some kinda annoying things, but pretty much all smartphones have at least a few of those. Anything in particular that you were wondering about?

Hate them, and all the traitors that switched to AT&T just to get one!

That said, I am setting up an exploratory committee to evaluate the pros and cons of getting an ipod touch.

64GB iPod Touch. I love it. I had been using a first gen 30GB Zune. Was real happy with it. I never liked the original iPods. I didn't like the feel or the touch wheel or anything. Mostly, though, I couldn't stand the iPeople who owned them ;)

Then I paid $50 to Microsoft over here to download some TV shows. They wouldn't let me because I was outside the US. iTunes would. Then I bought my new Touch and it blows away the Zune and any previous iPods.

As for a the phone, I keep my phones rugged. Verizon Wireless Boulder. They have some new rugged phones, too, but I'll hold onto this boulder for a while...
Sure is a lot of fun while you're doing it...
