Take up trail running, keeps you fit, outdoors and burns off a lot of stress.

Since I have been virtually unable to move the last couple of weeks, I have caught up on a lot of reading and television watching, and getting fat of course. My plan is to heal in time to go to the gorge and hang dog on all of your projects, inevitably breaking off the best holds (due to the fat ass), and upgrading your project by a number grade.

Sorry for taking out my personal frustration on the rest of the world.

Well, I found this topic while searching for hard boiled egg, and the phrase was located in the above post. It kind of fits under the nutrition section of this forum anyway, which is ironic.

Does anyone know whether a hard boiled egg has significantly different nutrition than if it is cooked another way (assuming no additions like oil, salt, etc.)?

Humpty Dumpty climbed a rock wall
Humpty Dumpty had a scary fall
Red River climbing and Miguel's pizza
Couldn't get Humpty Dumpty to climb again.

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.
