Due to unusual circumstances involving "accomplishments" performed by the jolly roger boys and muao dib, Friday's activities will be held at Muao Dib's computer nerd party. Sorry for any inconvenience this may pose to potential attendants, but a malt liquor bar has been refurbished in Muao Dib's basement. Hope to see you all there!

Loren, you might not be the kind of clientel that Derelict Fest is directed at. See the post on "Rocktoberfest".

KS, that's ok. You don't have to be a competitor to attend the 3rd Annual Derelict Fest. Although, this means you are already labeled a loser, which most of us are anyway. There will be a raffle full of other great prizes sponsored by Marginal Goods and J. Crew. Batguano has more details.

Yes, b/c of the as fore-mentioned "accomplishments" the 3rd annual Derelict Festival will be taking place underneath the Redriverclimbing.com 1st anniversary party on the evening of Oct. 10th. Such accomplishments include the refurbishing of the bar, which was built during the depression by bankrobers (no sh*t) and christening it with its first 2 bottles of King Cobra. To maintain the bar in its desired state donations of Malt Liquor by Derelilct Fest attendees would be greatly appreciated.

You got it, the basement is designed to simulate my home planet, arrakis - a dry hostile environment, no water and a wealth of spice. Where as upstairs one can find shelter from the storms, running water, and plant life.
