Pete: that girl totally looks like Josie!

I'm digging the videos so far - I've only done Cardio X and Ab Ribber X, but I like that the guy leading the videos is kind of goofy and that they name the exercises things like Wacky Jacks and Crunchy Frog.

yea the guy leading the Ab Ripper X is a tool, its the only video of the set I have but its good. I just wish my back wasn't still a bit hurt from some automotive repair ice ballet or I'd be doing a core workout.

We had a guy in the hospital recently with Rhabdomyolysis- that is a muscle breakdown with the release of the cellualr contents into the blood stream with the potential for the kidneys getting plugged up with it- basically an extreme form of post exercise muscle soreness. How did he come by this malady? His wife bought him P90X and he jumped in with both feet.

I don't think Tony Horton is a tool. He's a likeable personality for the workout video. He kind of reminds me of Jeff Probst. Plus he's in wicked shape for 45.

I've never heard of an omnisexual until Googling Drea.

Just made it through the entire ab-ripper X! I feel like I sent a project. I even did the bonus mason twists. Had to spray Lurk.
