i would say cross country skis would work better than a snowboard. i might go out for a bit later on to enjoy the snow. its better than being pissed at it.

Man, this is awesome training weather!

Sunday morning did strength, then Ab Ripper, then trail running in 19 degrees with snow and ice.

It sucked, it was awesome...
