so every so often i get this sharp (PAINFUL) twinge in my left wrist. its on top of the wrist (where a watch face is normally) and the smallest things, such as crumpling a piece of paper or grabbing a cinder block start it up and it lasts for the rest of the day; or in this case two days.
just curious if anyone else experiences this. it F'n hurts/sucks
I have experienced unprovoked wrist pains before, and I do not really have an explanation for it. It generally happens to me at random when I am doing push ups, and it hurts like a bitch. And if I rest it for a while, it feels better. Let me know if you figure anything out.
I've scar tissue on my tendons and sometimes when Iturn my wrist just right my hand will go numb and tingle. From what I understand its the carpal tunnel in my wrist and when a glob of tissue rubs the nerve bundle up against the tunnel wall and pinches it. BLAMO! tingley nerve numb sensation!
If you give a man a match, he'll be warm for a minute. If you set him on fire, he'll be warm for the rest of his life!
Are you left handed? sounds like the kinda thing you'd get from left handed mousing with improper ergonomics.
Other than that It could be some kind of irregular bone growth in your wrist, I had a friend in vegas that had that and his wrist always killed him when climbing, particularly on slopers.
