Ever hear (or make) an excuse for falling because your foot slipped? I'm talking an excuse as if the fall didn't happen because of anything related to strength, technique, endurance, etc. Just because the "foot slipped"....nothing else.
Something I've noticed a lot is when I get tired my feet slip. When you're tired or weak on a route your core weakens as well and your feet slip.
What's the point?
Well, quit making the lame excuse of foot slippage and instead say "I fell because my core weakened. I need to get stronger."
