Surely things haven't changed that much!
Right on, Dipsi. Assuming I was into him, I'd be much more psyched if a guy called me the next day instead of 2-3 days later, but then, I'm a contact junkie.
i agree.

Whatever you decide to do, call and don't text. If you don't have enough minutes on your phone, then you need to upgrade.

cheers to that. I was hoping for the opinion of the ladies, after all thats the one that counts. Thanks ditzi, yas, and dipsi
Anytime ;)

I think the problem with all the games like how long to wait to call, etc. is that they can't help but introduce a power struggle into the relationship from the very beginning. If you're not constantly worried about who's got the upper hand, it's all going to be a lot more fun.

I've been married a loonnngggggg time but I agree with the females - if there's interest and/or attraction then the sooner the better.

Though I always went the other route and gave my number. Then I didn't have to worry and if I got a call then I knew there was something. I ended up with a wonderful relationship.

1st date we have drinks, food, and see a stripper (not intentional, apparently that was the "burlesque" part of the show at Natasha's). Next day girl texts a word of thanks, I text back something classy and smooth I'm sure. Later I idiotically Facebook friend request the girl! DOH!!! I'm pissed at myself all in the meanwhile for doing such a pointless and stupid thing that upon deep analysis can only lead to bad but can't possibly lead to good after one date. Day 2 after date I call girl and crack her up about my screwed up Facebook friend request and inform her I can't talk long because I'm watching "The Bachelor." SCORE!!!

I'm tellin ya, if I can do this anyone can!
efil lanrete... i enjoy the sound, but in truth i find this seductively backward idea to be quite frightening

hijacked by the bachelor, that's just embarrassing.
