Apparently, I have misjudged intentions, and for that I sincerely apologize. You will notice that I said even on this board. My explanation is this:
When I read here, or on facebook, constant criticism of Christians, but no referrences to other religions, what am I supposed to believe? If one does not believe in God, so be it, and I respect that, but why single out my God? If the referrences had been to "radical Christians," I would tend to agree, but that has not been the case. I'm not blind to the preposterous behaviors of many Christians, which makes me prejudiced in a way. That is the reason I no longer subscribe to organized religion. My relationship with God is personal, and the comfort I find there makes this life a better place. I would be happy to discuss that with anyone interested, but would never try to push my beliefs.
I admit that I am probably not the best example of a good Christian, but I try not to hurt anyone.
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

I think it's funny to listen to a bunch of white people talk about racism.
We have inherited over a decade of mis-rule by conservatives and the whole house of cards started to collapse in early 2008. To blame this crap on Obama or the Democrats is bogus. Not that they're not moving aggressively enough to really staunch the bleeding, they're putting pressure on the wounds. It took a complete government take-over of our economy (WWII) to get us out of the last collapse of this size. If our financial system really has stabilized Obama and team have worked a miracle, regardless of momentary measurements.
On a side note, Bush and crew spent eight years blaming every last thing that was wrong on Clinton despite the fact he had a Republican controlled Congress. Now, slightly less than a year into his administration the Republicans are blaming EVERYTHING on Obama. State of the financial system? Obama. State of the war(s)? Obama. State of the national security apparatus? Obama.
Our current conditions are the result of conservative action to repeal all the laws that were put in place to protect us from the conditions that led to the Great Depression. It took just shy of a decade after the repeal of Glass-Steagall for the entire financial system to implode. This is the fault of the conservatives. Just remember that fact.

I have not been prejudged on this board for squat and neither have you. Your opener threw me for a second there. Initially I reacted to Crankmas linking Obama's race with his hate. Previously Crankmas linked Obama's racial features to his hate. I stated that these are strong indications that Crankmas is a racist. I also stated that Crankmas has a right to be a racist, but I don't have to hang around him. [] Largely the anti-christian stuff on here has been in response to Christian posts and has been logic instead of hate based. Christianity is a theory about the world, historical events and a theory regarding ethical behavior. We have to be able to discuss Christianity or anything else for that matter. The reason people pick on Christians is because this is a Christian nation.
