Racism..
Yeah, that would be sad but I'm not talking about hate spewed out. I'm talking about someone educated on a topic and not happy with how the president is performing. That's not racism.bcombs wrote: Regarding Obama, I had to stop reading the comments at the end of news articles. Quite infuriating really. We all had fun with W and the cowboy jokes, or Clinton and the cigar jokes. But, the pure hate spewed into these public forums is sad.
I didn't realize what exactly bcombs was talking about either at first but now I do and I dislike that people write over the top shit ( other than me ) about anyone. I agree with Meadows that political discourse has suffered and it has adversely affected the country that "any" difference with obama's political views are dismissed as racist. He certainly did not win by any majority over a weak opponent to warrant any claim to a mandate. Buyers' remorse is a strong emotion. I put the (other than me) part in to illustrate how some people take a unrelated topic and make it about themselves.

you mean that pair of skinny jeans I own, where my belly lops over the front? When I first got them in 1986, they fit fine..they must have shrunk....but ya gotta love tha package that comes inside, right?Meadows wrote:I know Pigsteak will especially hate me for this, but I really have a problem with dudes wearing skinny jeans. It's just wrong. Wrong, I say!!!
I think many people who "hate" the president are just scared of an intelligent black man. It is OK if the black man lubes your car, picks up your garbage, or wins games for your beloved Cats, but dare he actually asserts his brain power, and the defense picks up. That being said, Obama has done a terrible job of cleaning up the mess left by W. He has only made it worse. It's not a black thing..it's a flaming liberal thing.
Positive vibes brah...positive vibes.
