Climbing in the Dominican Republic..Anyone?

Am heading to DR for a couple of weeks in Jan. Heard there was climbing in Samana and a couple other spots. Anyone else been there that could give me some info, etc, etc. We're staying in Cabarete.

Samana has some cool looking stuff. Went to the DR last year, but we never made it to Samana. I bouldered at a short limestone cliff in Santo Domingo one day, but that was all. Check our rockclimbing.com. Have a Presidente for me, that's a great beer for a hot climate.
