Isn't this irrelevant? I mean, Del and Martes has closed and re-opened like 5 times now, and is currently open again. So the lesson is, if you are going to be a disrespectful asshole, then you need to be patient enough to wait out the closures.
But seriously Jeff is right, don't be that cheap of an asshole. When I first started coming to the Red we always slept at roadside crag (I think it was legal then) just because we didn't have money to pay Miguel (nope, not even $3 a night!) so we just didn't stay there. Simple!
