Get out while you still can , Caribe. You're about to get some serious science dropped on you, and you can't handle it.

I guess I am really just relaying a message that I've gotten from reading various articles and watching/listening to interviews with people who claim to either have done research or to know someone who has done research that has verified the things I said earlier. But the messages that these people deliver are all things that make perfect sense to me. I have started to see a kind of convergence of events in my life that makes this information come much more naturally to me for some reason. I don't just see it as information, I see it as truth, reality. I haven't had any experience since my sort of 'awakening' to convince me that my understanding of reality is incorrect. And it makes sense that it's the same way with those who do not believe what I believe. They simply have yet to experience something that convinces them of it. But if I had been presented with this information before I had experiences that woke me up to the nonphysical part of me, it would probably seem ridiculous. So caribe, I somewhat agree when you say I shouldn't try to explain such a complex system unless I really know my shit, but I think it is legitimate for me to give my interpretation of how the world works based on everything that I have learned and that I think I know. Because hey, what if I'm right? I think that would be a pleasant surprise.

I are going to say "I told you so" if you end up being right. I like what piggie said, you still die. So I am going to use my time on earth to acquire as much stuff as I can.

Well, yes, the body still dies. I can't disagree with that. But that only means we have a chance to incarnate again--which I believe we have done many, many times over (check out 'Many Lives, Many Masters' by Brian L. Weiss)--as the most updated version of ourselves. So saying 'you still die' doesn't really make me see things any differently. I think I've already established that I believe we are infinite consciousness. We don't cease be aware of ourselves and have a point of view. When the body dies, we're no longer stuck in it and are free to move about the higher frequencies. Death isn't really something to fear. But that doesn't mean we should all kill ourselves, because then we wouldn't be able to have the experiences we came here to have and learn from.

Higher frequencies? What frequency are we on now? 4.462332 GigaHertz??

i haven't been able to read this thread through paying attention, so this isn't intended to be rigorous at all.

i'm not inclined to think psychoactives introduce de novo realities into perceptions, but are likely to reveal pre existing phenomenon. that is to say, something 'true'.

David Bohm and Roger Penrose have some accessible Quantum level writings that might be of interest. Emergent properties and such.

But i'm curious to know if you think that , if I agree with your initial post, there could not be competing emergent realities too? I'll try to go back and read all this just in case it's been covered.
