She's never been rude to me...

What time did she "wake you up by loud noises", exactly? B/c in my experience she is not riding around at the crack of dawn, in fact, sometimes we are ready to leave for the day before she comes over to check who came in late on Friday night.

And usually reserved spots are marked on the board at the cafe, same place where there are notes to peole coming in to reserved cabins, etc.-- and people check it before setting up in the individual spots... or camp at the main shelter. Setting up cones and orange tabe and printed paper saying when the site is reserved may be necessary at large campgrounds, but most people have managed just fine with the system that is there. And if you didn't check, I don't think you require special apologies for being asked to move. She didn't wake you up at 2 a.m. to ask you to move right this moment, did she? But the people who had the site reserved, could have done that, and would have been within their rights.

From what I hear she has been super busy so far this season and thus has to deal with more douchbags than usual so she's probably losing some patiences here and there.

Try letting a bunch of climbers camp in your backyard for three months and see how patient you are at the end of that three months.

I'll bet she misses the quiet summer crew now

Yes. Climbers can be a real pain to deal with - always trying to push the rules a bit, etc. Nothing super wrong, but just keep in mind that the people who run a lot of the business around here also do more then their share to keep climbing going. So, is it really that big a deal to just pay the pet fee, rather then trying to sneak a dog into a cabin, or try to cram 10 people and only pay for 6, etc. At least try be gracious if you get caught...

No, I'm not a douchebag. I thought about her actions from several points of view actually. The two mornings she woke us up, it was around 7:40-8:00; not too early, but details aren't what I wanted to point out.

If she was having a bad day(s)/week it was timed perfectly with our stay there and we had a negative experience. The only claims I'm making is that she was really rude to us and seemingly throughout our stay there. No sympathy requested, this is a forum where we post thoughts and experiences and what-not.

You didn't start out asking if your supposed experience was an anomaly. You called her a bitch. It went downhill from there.

Yesterday afternoon I helped Linda with tons of garbage left behind by climbers who could not take the garbage to the dumpster. It was enough garbage to fill the whole back of her red truck. The garbage was laying every where with tons of beer bottles from (I guess) a party the night before at the shelter. Climbers need to clean up and take the garbage to the dumpster and be more responsible.

I dont know man, you SOUND like a douchbag to me.... You get on a climbing fourm and publicly call a friend of climbing a bitch... You clearly did not think hard enough from those "several points of veiw" or you would have seen the folly in your post.
