Nice work

Post by krampus »

Just wanted to say that this years rocktoberfest was a lot of fun and all the staff involved, expecially Josi, really kicked ass. Maybe it was just the crate stacking but the whole event was even more entertaining than last year. I can't wait to hear about the impact it had for the pmrp.

Yeah, I'm sure other people helped out more than I realize too, but SUPER CHEERS to Josephine who I know for sure motivated myself to do my own small part!
efil lanrete... i enjoy the sound, but in truth i find this seductively backward idea to be quite frightening

Props to all the generous people who gave at the R-fest. Especially the person who won the raffle and donated the $167 on the spot.

Big thanks to all involved with making the event happen...not only the RRGCC board, volunteers, athletes, and sponsors...but mostly the people. You can have the biggest party in the world, but if the people aren't cool...it would be a pretty lame big collection of people.

I agree w/ calvinivlac, the chic that won the raffle and donated the $167 back to the RRGCC is awesome and was pretty hot as well.

thanks a bunch - but it sure wouldn't have happened without everyone stepping up to the plate!

paul vidal worked his tail off too and got us some great things - including the ability to take credit cards and shuttles!!!!

the registration crew - Norma & Sara made sure everything went off smoothly sat night. Todd McCormick did a super job making sure everyone got fed.

Spenser Victory had fantastic games. Don't know who did the crate stacking, but that was bad ass!

Meadows and Steve Isabell put together the awesome t-shirt design.

The climbing comp raised over $600 and was headed by Rick Bost & Bill Strachan and bill also made sure we had extra restrooms and we had trash removal on sunday! not a glorious job by any means but a VERY needed one!

Bram bell well i'm not sure exactly what position he signed up for - but he was the reason i had sanity left by sunday morning!

jessica & bentley brackett handled sponsors and making sure everyone got a little bit of schwag! without them this wouldn't have gone over.

Art Cammers, Morgain & Blake made sure Athletes without cars got where they needed to be.

Hugh Loeffler & Red River Outdoors helped to put together the 7 kick-ass clinics! and we had some wonderful guides who donated their professional services to assist the RRGCC ken thompson, blake bowling, anticlimber, dan beck, keenan, mark ryan, and old man dave

Charlie, Morgan Burton, Kurt & more made sure we had an awesome DJ, Band, and audio visual experience

dwight kept track of our money - over eighteen thousand dollars of it in cash, credit cards, and pay pal.

that's right OVER $18,000 RAISED!

but the MOST IMPORTANT PERSON at this event was

YOU!!!

We couldn't do it without you being there and supporting the RRGCC. If you didn't attend this year - mark your calendar for next year October 8, 9, & 10th - 2010!

See you next year!
