so just in case you missed it, i'm really excited about the free yoga class at Rocktoberfest. it's sat morning at 9:30. bring your own mat. donations for the RRGCC are gladly accepted.

Not so much.
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

I asked shannon and she said it's vinyasa flow yoga. level 1-2

Not so good for beginners then? I dragged my husband to the yoga last year.....to call him a beginner is an understatement, but (gawd bless him) he tried!

good for beginners - Shannon is a professional yoga instructor. she will adjust for those of us that don't do yoga! :-D
