treadwall
lurk, I hate your liberal leaning ass. My dog is smarter than your kids. you're too old to even move that treadwall alone, let alone climb on it.
there, I am the only non-suckup on here who speaks truth. that should put me at the front of the line. And I will gladly give your kiddos vicadin to get them to sleep. wahtever it takes man...whatever it takes.
(PS-bcombs, if I don't get a place on this stupid treadwall list, call me and we will use your mad skillz to disassemble this punk's wall and move it to a new undislcosed location.)

Truth of the matter is anyone will be welcome to use the treadwall with the caveat that the guy whose garage it will be housed in will be the arbiter of visitation.
The treadwall will be on the south side of town inside New Circle road (about a mile from my house).
It will be nice to have the enduro training handy.

The treadwall was where I saw the most gains when I had one to use. Something about the forced pace builds an incredible pump and you keep going because the pace gives you a little rest everytime you alternate hands. Freakish Endurance and Power. We used mostly buckets and very positive holds. An occasional slopefest was wicked at the right angle.
