Ah, some college kid said it, so it must be true for me if that's what you're indicating. I love generalizations and words spoken for me. Especially coming from one who's in a tiss about a generalization. Well, actually a fact.

Lots of them.
And that number would be?
not sure - but neal strickland has 37 FAs, hugh loeffler has 35 FAs, & jeff Ashley has 5 & mike norman has 4. so i could come up with 81 FA's by "native kentuckians" in about 30 seconds w/o even giving it much thought - i'm sure the figure is much higher.

damn beat me too it, Northern Kentucky is so misguided that they actually want to be and often claim cincinatti. So, all ohitians from the list that came from the covington area should be added to the ohio side.

And bcombs, isn't the BTCombs parkway named after your great grandaddy or sump'n. Even if your a moron, you don't get to claim Ohio.

He's my great uncle...

My grandfather worked the mines, and lived in Vicco.
My father fished the creeks in Hazard and Harlan growing up.
Most of my family is from KY. My grandfather moved to Ohio for work when the mine closed up.

I wouldn't call myself a local by any stretch, but I have more ties to that region that 99% of you.

Viper? Are you any relation to the mountain music legend, Jean Ritchie?
