Geology of the RRG Book

Post by Jeff »

Thought I saw it mentioned on here not long ago, but can't find that post, or the book anywhere online using that title.
Any help?

Check with the Kentucky Geological Survey office on Rose street in Lexington. If it's in print, it's likely that you will be able to find it there.

I don't think there is actually a book but a field guide is available online for free: http://www.gsajournals.org/archive/0-81 ... 6-0-43.pdf

Also here is something that explains RRG geology in the context of climbing: http://www.rrgcc.org/documents/rrg-geology.pdf

The book I have is "Geology of Kentucky". Not sure where it is, but I have seen it around a few times though not recently.
