Back to Rope Shampoo being 21a. I think John's book rules. Literally. Keep them the same. Even the beeneling. Why go back to the old scrap books that T-bone has? You have the Bible right beside your computer.

Ro Shampo is a 12a when you are not trained up and do not have it wired. It becomes an 11d once you are more familiar with the route and are not WEAK from half-ass training. Or, if you are tall, it is probably a little easier than if you are 5'3 and below.

The only reason that I'm concerned about ratings is I dont want to have to bail on a biner.
I don't wanna lose gear!

I've only got about 14 bail biners left.I don't want to spend them all until I find that easy 12 that I 'm looking for.Once I find It and send it.

YOUR FACES WILL BE WET WITH SPRAY.LIKE A TOM CAT MARKING HIS TERRITORY!!!!

ALL MUST BOW AT MY FEET AND LISTEN WITH RAPT ATTENTION TO MY SPRAAAAAYYYYY!!!!!!!! 8)

I'm a little curous about scissors, to the left of Ro-I mean, it seems to be about as hard as Ro, if not easier.
That may have something to do with what you like, too.

Hey Steep4me. Are you trying to be funny. Or are you suggesting the route changes? Becomes an 11d? Are you on P-O-T?

J.H., Use a stick clip and you'll never have to use bail biners again!

Amen to that Rhunt. I use a stick clip shamelessly when getting beta for a route.

Hey JR--are you saying it's FUNNY when the route changes (becomes terribly difficult--by holds becoming smaller and morphing into pieces of slimy crap that are miles apart from each other) and leaves your sorry ass hanging on every freakin bolt. "The only thing you have to say after that is--"this used to seem like 11.d last Fall! "

Can we add who gives a $hit to one of the choices on the poll :?:

I might actually vote then :)

The point is that this is a Gorge classic...one of the steepest jug hauls in the country with an interesting crux.
Lest we all forget... climbing is a mostly meaningless pursuit that we do for fun.
