I like the old Kurt Rambis story. He played for the LA Lakers. He swore by the regimin of before every game eating a double quarter pounder with cheese and a large fry. My personal reg was two McD's #1 off their breakfest menu- that is two egg mcmuffins and two hash browns and two cups of joe. guaranteed to send with aplomb.
