don't know about a skirt but the wieght makes your harness slip down so you feel like one of those skate board punks with thier boxers showing.

yeah i like the jingly sound that it makes. i feel like a dairy cow, both for the cow bell like sound and the added weight.

Nope, I think that is what most "traddies" gear looks like. Plus, they can sell it online as "Never taken a fall".
