Swimming

Post by tania »

Anyone out there used to swim in high school or college? Or still do?? Or know any good coaches/classes in Lexington??? I'm thinking about participating in a triathlon later in the year and i'm just wanting to improve my swimming technique, breathing, etc. Any info, tips, suggestions appreciated!!

Thanks!!

Darn anti, that was just short of being a Haiku.

You realize that you control your own destiny.

Check out UK Masters.

This is where I swim. Susan Cox is great and can help you with your swimming technique. She also has workouts every day. Great way to meet other swimmers/triathletes too!

Which tri are you thinking about??

Talk to Pru!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Thanks very much for this too!!!! I wish I could swim there all the time; i've been told that she is an excellent coach!! I might try to just do single classes whenever we are down in Lexington because I could definitely use some help!!

My main goal is the Susan Bradley-Cox Tri For Sight!!! Have you ever done it??
