Birth control in the water.
You have to pass tests to graduate, drive, be a lawyer but no test to have a kid. hmmmmmmm....
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

There's a judge in Cincinnati who is a HUGE proponent of this idea...and I agree completely! It's one of the quircks in my normally liberal outlook. Also a love of the police and a firm belief in the death penalty...but I digress.

BC in the water would mean more psycho chicks and guys concerned about finding the right lotion and shampoo (and even worse ... if their euro shoes match their murse). But since it works mostly by killing the libido, it could very well minimize the spread of diseases. :mrgreen:
