i hate to hear about the young, active, and passionate being messed with.
can't say much about frozen knees but you're now amongst the experienced in that tribe. injuries though....patience, persistence; healing happens and don't forget to love the hurt. you'll get back
basically, i had to spend about a week in bed because i could not bend my knee. it was more of a mental block than a physical one--but the point is that you MUST BEND THAT SUCKER. dont let it freeze up--overcome the mental block, if you have one......
the physical therapist spends about five hours a week torturing me, bending it and jamming his knuckLes in The knee to break up scar tIssue and stuff.... so that i am doing, but am thankfully not bedridden. it is at 134 degrees of flexion, (during full on agonizing pain brought on by the pt bending it to that point)and i am supposed o have 160 degrees of flexion.... so it is a little better..... just having problems keeping the swelling down from the man-handling... that impairs motion a ton... but i work ten hour days on my feet - anyone know how to control the swelling in this circumstance?
