LOST draws & extendables @ Roadside

Post by jmwoodhouse86 »

On Thursday May 14th I was climbing at Roadside, and I'm about 99% certain that I left my sling of quickdraws and extendables at the base of Hemisfear. As I recall, my partner threw them down between the boulder we were belaying from and the wall, and I left them there. I had 3 extendables built with Mammut slings and red biners, 2 extendables built with BD slings and Positrons, and 6 other BD draws, all clipped to a loop of blue cord. If anyone found these, or if someone could stop by and grab them when they're there, please let me know! I'll but you a beer. Call Jon @ 513-364-7370

And on the third day, God created the Red River Gorge(by conjecture), and he saw that it was good.

Shit. Well if I see you climbing with my gear on your harness, don't count on making it home in one piece. I thought climbers were nice about this kind of stuff.

I'd keep em just because you called your long draws "extendables".

"I'll but you a beer"......I think that explains his hostility.

let me see woodhouse, your plea for a good samaritan to help out has turned to a threat of a smackdown? yep, a climber with hidden personality disorder....you'll fit right in.

The sport does collect its share of characters/ psychopathology.
