150 - 10:30 snack
500 - Lunch
100 - 3:30 snack
150-250 - 5:00 snack
800-1000 - Dinner (includes 3 light beers)
I'd say between 2000-2500 depending on whether it's a weekend night (desert and more beer) or during training and/or climbing.
