And about the online guide book, I really feel it is and should be flexable. No rating or number of stars in written in stone. But that is another rant, and I have to go to work. Damn work thing, I might have to work 4 WHOLE days this week.

hell maybe while Merrick is adding a star field to the form, he can also add a difficulty rating field... hmmmm....

What do you say, Merrick?

I have been climbing for 10 year, climbing at the Red for about 8 years and have been on 'defy the laws...' probably 30 times(or more)...it's a three star route!

But that is just my opinion...

To Defy is classic. It's way better than Edge of your seat. I haven't climbed Chocolate Waterfall so I can't compare it to that, but it is a much prettier climb than both of them. THe only thing Edge of Your Seat has going for it that To Defy does not is position.

Artsay & Sandy,

George is related to Poter & Synd

As for crags that use 5 *'s Smith Rocks does.

I think that the online poll on the number of *'s a route deserves is a good idea. You could vote when you add the climb to your spray list.
