The flake below can be thin at times and the crack up top consists of loose peebles lightly glued together. Most should hold unless you weight a lot. It only takes one pebble to shatter under the load to spit out a cam. And a hard fall with a heavy climber will break the flake.
And an earthquake might just turn the whole damn place to rubble. So what? Something tells me this isn't the first time a cam has pulled or rock has broken. I don't know... maybe I'm wrong.

nope. we were walking into long wall one day at just the right moment. the fearless leader was at the original anchor, so i kinda stopped for a sec to watch the show. he starts past it, throws in a #1, climbs a little past it and then begins the sketch. "ohmygod, ohmygod, fuck dude i'm gonna fall!!" he does, screaming the whole way down. his #1 pops and sends little pieces of rock wars zinging into the woods. lucky for him, his next piece was the bolt from the original anchors, which caught his fall.

Fun. I have the other bolt in my collection. Pulled it out by hand eons ago. Too bad that one didn't go too...
