Pulling a Cam on Rock Wars

I happened to catch a shot of Ben taking a whipper on Rock Wars and pulling a cam. Apparently, two lobes of the cam were nearly tipped out when the cam was placed. To make matters worse, the rock around the placement broke as well. The video is linked below:

I got the same thing when I tried it on the home page. BUt when I opened the thread and then used the link it worked fine.

sketch sam, how can you tell that the cam had two lobes tipped out? It appears that the climber was quite aways up. This sounds like speculation to me.
