"The Man From Earth" is well written but the acting could be better. It puts some perspective on what a "caveman" would have been like, saw, believed, etc. Also some interesting perspectives on religion. It's a scifi movie without a single special effect, just a very good story.
Gone Baby, Gone was a surprisingly good movie with a surprising twist in the end. Just get over the fact that it stars Casey Affleck, but he may have more character than Ben. Ben is just pretty.

Holy crap. This documentary is messed up.
Yeah, i was entranced by this one too... just when you think the guy can't get any weirder he does. Amazing that people followed him to death... especially after he ass rapes them.
And on the third day, God created the Red River Gorge(by conjecture), and he saw that it was good.

Holy crap. This documentary is messed up. Before this the only thing I knew about Jim Jones was that he gave poison Kool-Aid to a bunch of followers. Yea, he pretty much did that but I this documentary has tons of footage.....including that moment in time. Afterwards I found this which is the entire audio from the poison Kool-Aid event: http://www.archive.org/details/ptc1978-11-18.flac16
does anyone ever watch the special feature stuff on dvd? specifically, the entire movie with someones commentary on, or behind the scenes footage of the movie being made? i hate that crap.
