A video released as part of a lawsuit against police in Millville, Philadelphia, shows an officer forcefully punching a woman in the face four times after he bungled an attempt to arrest her for riding a bike on the sidewalk.

my wife got pulled over when she was 13 for riding on the sidewalk in front of her home.

Some times laws like that need to be stretched a bit.

It's hilarious, the cop sprays himself in the face on accident with pepper spray. I think that turned him a little crazy...

Stupid cop. Do your job right, follow procedure and you don't hit yourself with pepper spray. Then, after you pepper spray YOURSELF, don't tackle the lady on the bike.
