I saw some Canadians leading Buff on gear and their first piece was the slung bear claw. The dude fell on it and it pulled off.

No way. are we talking about THE petrified bearclaw. I remember that thing. I forgot whose, but somebody's dog used to freak out barking at that thing. Maybe that person broke it off and threw it at their dog.
