So, I said I would post it... and here it is... the recipe for jenn's pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that you guys scarfed down at the climbers that care event...
Oven: 350 11-13 minutes
1 stick butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 egg
2.5 cups flower
10oz can of pumpkin
1 ts baking powder
1 ts baking soda
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts nutmeg
1 ts vanilla
1.5 ts salt
chocolate chips!

I'd try using the wild irises from Bruise Brothers. They like that...
Sure is a lot of fun while you're doing it...
