Los Angles Times ran it.
Wow, she was almost a VP
Yet another perfect example. This factoid is simply accredited to "sources" within the McCain campaign. If there was someone within the McCain campaign who actually believes that Palin thought Africa was a country rather than a continent, let them stand by their statement, rather than hide as an anonimous "source" of slander.krampus wrote:but if she really did not know that Africa is a continent
I think the chance that Palin didn't realize that Kenya, or Uganda, or Zimbabwe, or South Africa were countries in Africa is approximately zero.
I'll help you out Saxman. She's a self professed pentecostal. That pretty much sums up her world view.L K Day wrote:You do know that this was just one more of those internet smears that has absolutely no basis in reality? Don't you? In fact I'd venture that most of your beliefs about Palin are "faith based". That is you believe them because that's what you want to believe. I challenge you to track down a verifiable source for Palin's so-called beliefs that you reference above.Saxman wrote:not as bad a choice as Biden
Right. The last thing this country needs is some idiot who thinks the Earth is 6000 years old and dinosaurs walked with man. Anyone with that level of critical thinking should not be leading other people.
This kind of stuff is on par with all that crap about Obama (secret Muslim, no U.S. birth certificate, etc.). The difference is that most people on the right recognized the Obama smears for what they were, while the brain trusts on the left took the lies that were spread about Palin, hook, line, and sinker.
I agree - a dinosaur coouldn't walk with a man because they might step on the man or make him trip in the subsequent trail of dinopoopy! men and dinosaurs took turns being out back then. And - as all of us loyal neoconservative fundamentalists know - Gov Palin has to know about Africa because that's where we get African Americans from!

I'm with Mr Day on this one. Yeah, pentacostals are a bit out there, but compared with the hate preached in Wright's church? I wouldn't even call that church.....
And perhaps Wright spent very little time preaching the damnation of america crap, but the fact that he drew large cheers when he did is very telling...

Ain't that the truth!krampus wrote: We are all stupid for letting these people run our country.
The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own.

You realize that you control your own destiny.
