chilllblains anyone

Post by Cathy »

have always been susceptible to cold weather, cold metal and cold rock. will develp chillblains (red tender blisterish "hot" spots) at the ends of my fingers
jsut wondering if anyone has any ideas for follow-up treatments to speed along the healing. I went out last week (6 dgrees celcius) and they're still a source of aggravation a week later and holding.
I don't think I can prevent theme (lousy circulation) but maybe there`s a miracle worker out there.
thanks

one proven method of avoiding cold weather symptoms is to avoid cold places such as canada. i'd climb someplace warm and nice - like not in canada

Google circulation tips.
The theory of evolution is just as stupid as the theories of gravity and electromagnetism.
