this assumption is wrong. please refer to the 'who are you?' and 'dialed gear' threads. while climbing bedtime for bonzo you are not actually climbing trad at all and furthermore, you are not even a climber to begin with. this isn't even really a rock climbing website.rrgclimber wrote:i thought we were all rock climbers. whether we climb moderate to hard routes and everything in between.

It may be dumb, but it's also kinda cool.
I remember a beautiful Autumn weekday afternoon, no one around but me and my partner. My first time on the route with perfect weather and we sat at the top enjoying the view and perusing the register. It was fun to see who else had signed, where they were from, when they climbed it and conditions (mental and physical). It added to the memory.
Look at it like bolts, you can ignore 'em or choose to use.
And for some, this may be their Everest.
