The scariest thing to me is that he didn't wait for good temps to send the hardest rockclimb on the planet. I think the crux of it all for Chris will be finding another line as inspiring and difficult.

He already found one when he bouldered out a new direct start. This is a 60 foot direct start that starts on Dios Mio, then connects to another old (unfinished) project, then connects to the meat of his 15b. Chris speculated it will add another two letter grades. Not a trivial matter at that point.
