Love the kettlebells. I work out here www.animalstrength.com
There are some videos and pictures around the website that might give you some inspiration. I think one of the best parts about KBs are their versitility, you can always think up new ways to torture yourself with them.

That looks like a interesting place. I have heard of it before. I think that if I can get over the intense burn these things put on me I might amount to something someday.

Got motivated when this thread popped up and since I had gotten tired of fighting the fatties at the Y I brought it back home. For the last 3 weeks it's been a cardio focused regimen to help regain my form before I start hitting harder stuff like windmills. Amazing how worked you can be with a kettle bell and a jumprope.....

4 mins jumprope
one arm swings left/right x 10
1 min jumprope
1 min rest
one arm snatch left/right x 10
1 min jumprope
1 min rest
2 arm swing x 10
1 min jumprope
1 min rest
clean and jerk left/right x 10
1 min jumprope
1 min rest
one arm swings let/right x 10
1 min jumprope
1 min rest

Then do it again with half the reps (except for swings cause they rock), no rest.....

one arm swings left/right x 10
1 min jumprope
one arm snatch left/right x 5
1 min jumprope
2 arm swings x 10
1 min jumprope
1 arm clean/jerk x 5
1 min jumprope
one arm swings left/right x 10
2 mins jumprope

Kettlebells rule. Left arm is still struggling after about 10 presses but my back and core feels much stronger.

Kettlebells and a jump rope can kick your ass. I been doing 75 presses, 150 snatches (6 min), and 500 swings at a session (in sets) with a 53lb bell.

This site has really good prices, and the kettlebells are equal to Dragon Door or Lifeline bells in my opinion.

The shipping was $19 on a 53lb bell, and it took 2 days before it was setting on my porch.

Mixing up my circuits lately, the Magic 50 crushes. Wiping out/cutting rest periods have worked me harder any any other circuit thus far.........

Do you guys ever go climbing? It'll make you good at climbing.
