Torrent Opening

I just tried the site torrentfallsclimbing.com just to see if passes were given out today (thursday 8/21/08 7:40am). I got this message:

Registration is closed
Registration is open on Thursday,Friday,Saturday
from 0600 to 1430 except for blackout dates.
This is not an Open Date

Did I do something wrong?

Possibly a computer glitch? Did you report this on the torrentfallsclimbing.com comment page?

If there is no Open Date for that day (in this case today) then Torrent is not open for climbing.

Has anyone else on here successfully signed up for climbing through the site? I'm just wondering if it worked for anyone.

Torrentfallsclimbing.com has been updated to reflect Open Date.

These are date that Torrent Falls will be open to the individuals whom register at the site. These dates are set by the owner, whom ever that is, when he or she feels like it.

Blackout dates are mainly set for complete closure of TF due to any reason, but most likely Weddings and such.

So to climb at Torrent, you must:
  • (a) be one of the 3 persons to register on that day
    (2) must successfully follow all the rules set forth by TF
    (c) access the registration site on a date that
    • (i) isnt a blackout date
      (2) is an open date
      (c) is on a day of the week that is acceptable
    (4) dont fuck anything up
