I don't know if this is any help but if you want to figure out how far out to make your wall at the top for these angles, take the vertical height of the angling portion and multiply it by the tangent of the angle. For 15 degrees the tangent is 0.267949192431123 and for 30 degrees it is 0.577350269189626.
So if your wall is 144 inches (12 feet) vertical you come out
144 x 0.267949192431123 = 38.58 inches at the top for 15 degrees and
144 x 0.577350269189626 = 83.13 inches at the top for 30 degrees
Replace 144 with the actual vertical height you are dealing with. Sorry if you already know this. Just trying to help.
