send it to Africa to fight aids?- treat or prevent, could it be spent better elsewhere- Biden wants to give Pakistan $1.5 Billion with no obligations- could it be better spent elsewhere? Do we even have this money? Is this where gas tax moneys go? Would $ 51.5 Billion dollars spent on USA infrastructure allow you to sleep at night?

that could by alot of condoms. to bad starvation and war is killing many Africans faster then AIDS.

If they let aids run rampant in africa for long enough, sooner or later they'll find some people who are resistant, and probably find a cure...
