In his pivot to the center, which is way to the right of where he's been for his entire (very short) career Barack has flip-flopped on more positions than you can shake a stick at in the last couple of weeks. Is it true what I heard, he was going to spend the 4th in Butte, America? Ever been to Butte? It's the town that produced Evil Knevil. There are about ten thousand more just like him dukeing it out in the bars every night. I hope 'ol Barry had a good time schmoozing it up with some of the redest necks in the USA...., You don't think this is just cynical a ploy to get my vote, do you?

The Dems fucked this up with Gore (who could've won handily if he hadn't come off as a pedantic stuffed shirt) and Kerry (who would also if he hadn't spent so much time playing to the crowd of drooling idiots known as "undecided voters") and now they're going to mold Obama into a soul-less, middle of the road, vanilla fucking loser instead of the idealist liberal America needs. The Republicans have proven they can't win a war, they can't manage a budget, they can't find Osama Bin Laden, they can't help hurricane victims (but watch how fast they help white tornado victims), they can't be honest, they can't tell the truth, and they can't stomach science. The only way the Dems can lose is if they're fucking losers...

If the world yielded to logic McCain would've thrown in the towel already. Next thing you know Obama will shoot some good friend in the face and it'll all be even...

Obama is better than McCain by about a million miles, even if he does start catering to the Rush Limbaugh crowd of pants pooping droolers. But just like all politicians, the person before getting elected was much better than the one who got elected.

Let's hope not. There's probably not much worse that could happen. All it would take is the act of one crazy person to turn our country upside down. In fact, the mechanical failure that Obama's chartered plane experienced a couple of days ago may have been a lot more serious than anyone's letting on. It will be a while before the report comes out, but it sounds like to me that we're lucky the plane didn't crash. I mean, when a bunch of Jihadis can come into this country, wreak death and destruction, and we have something like one third of Americans believe it was a government conspiracy. What the fuck do you think the reaction would be if Obama was assassinated, or even died in an accident. I bet approximately 100% of minorities and "progressives" would blame it on the Republican party. In fact Obama had better hope he's way ahead in the polls come election day, 'cause if it looks like he's going to lose the Dems might whack him just so they can blame John George Chimpy Bush McCain Haliburton Cheeney.
