Mill creek lake is illegal, but the spillway and pool next to Hwy 11, is legal.
And for the people who want to brave the posion ivy trail to the Rock on the back side of Millcreek, the Ranger has been hiking back there!
There are numerous holding ponds everywhere in the oil regions. Some are good,
some are funky. Lots of people used to got to the one by Oil Crack crag, but now its off limits.
I think the one mentioned is off Cave Fork Road, off Hwy 11 to Ashland camp loop. Bottom of the hill, first fire gate on the right.

Okay, since you only used one this time you must truly be curious. I'd say it would make for a fine DWS spot if you're really good at leaping up and out when you come off of Bulldog.
If you want, I can ask you a question now, which will mean you have to answer it and thus up your post count by one more. Oh the fun!
