Clarification in response to the emails, PMs and phone calls Rick and I are receiving from people who had previously contacted us wanting to buy property in Muir or adjacent to Muir: No, we did not sell off a piece of Muir Valley. Nor, do we intend to. Mike Driskel is a good neighbor, who owns a beautiful piece of property adjacent to Muir Valley, but it is not in Muir. We did recently acquire all the cliffline property adjacent to and overlooking Muir from the Stadium in the Tantroft hollow down to the Practice Wall in Joe Ponder on the east side. We may consider developing that property and making it available at a later date, but not in the immediate future.
